If you need a way to mount .iso images, or other CD/DVD images, Daemon Tools is the best free drive emulation software around, possibly the best all over.

But if you already have a way to mount disc images and need a way to create or burn them, ImgBurn is your program. It's probably the fastest I have seen and hardly puts a dent in your memory usage when compared to others like Alcohol 120%. Create legal backups of your software, make your own .iso images from files on your hard drive, or make a bootable CD. Now there is another software that I will point you towards that the developer of ImgBurn also created (he had to stop because of legal reasons) which is DVD Decrypter which will remove that nasty DVD encryption that is found on so many DVDs today. I feel obligated to state, I am against the illegal production of movies and I feel the same way about movies as I do music; if you enjoy it, support it. But I do believe in being able to make your own legal copies for personal use.
