Windows Live Mail
Is The Change Good?

I have been using the beta version of the new Hotmail named Windows Live Mail which is just a part of the many new things Microsoft has been releasing to connect everything. I have been using the beta sense it's release a little while back. So is the change worth it?

When the beta first came out I must say it flat out sucked. They were advertising a few awsome features like the ability to right click and change the size of window panes. But when they released it to the public, it didn't have have these features in either Internet Explorer or Firefox. The only thing at first was a change in the color and graphics, pretty pointless.

But they have added a lot of these functions not only into Internet Explorer but to Fireox as well. Now you can change the color, size, or basic layout of how you view and organize your E-Mail.
As you can see there is a wide range of colors, these are only four of the nine color schemes that there are to choose from in a matter of seconds. They have also added a search function similar to the GMail search. All in all the Windows Live Mail is a big improvement over the origional Hotmail. I hope they continue to grow this project to make all of it dragable and resizable. If you have the chance to switch over to the beta, I suggest doing so because it is a nice change of pace.
